Welcome to CrewConnect. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CrewConnect app and services. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use CrewConnect.

1. Who can use CrewConnect

CrewConnect is a crew-only network for airline crew members. To use it, you must be at least 18 years old and be (or have been) a member of airline crew. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You may not share your account or impersonate another person.

3. Acceptable use

When using CrewConnect, you agree not to:

Post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, abusive, or that infringes others' rights.
Misuse other members' personal information, or use the app to stalk, harm, or harass anyone.
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
Spam, advertise, or solicit other members without permission.
Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you post (such as recommendations, photos, and forum posts). By posting, you grant CrewConnect a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and share that content within the app for the purpose of operating the service, in accordance with your visibility settings. You are responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the right to share it.

5. Privacy

Your use of CrewConnect is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.

6. Intellectual property

CrewConnect, including its name, logo, design, and software, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our permission.

7. Beta service & availability

CrewConnect may be offered as a beta and is provided "as is" and "as available". Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Disclaimers

Recommendations and information in the app are shared by crew members and are provided for general information only. We do not verify and are not responsible for content posted by users. Use your own judgment when relying on any information in the app.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrewConnect and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

You may stop using CrewConnect and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY / STATE — to be confirmed by you], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located there.

12. Changes to these Terms
